Fyti grants you a personal, non‑exclusive, revocable, non‑transferable, and limited license to download and use the Service for your own non‑commercial fitness tracking and coaching needs.

Fyti provides generalized fitness information powered by algorithms and large‑language models.It is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program. Your use of any suggestions is voluntary and at your own risk. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath.
You may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Certain chat, voice, or coaching features rely on third‑party machine‑learning or large‑language‑model ("LLM") services. When you engage these features, Workout Data and any text or audio you provide may be transmitted to external providers so they can generate a response. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. By using AI‑powered features you consent to such data sharing.
You retain ownership of workout logs, comments, and other content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content you grant Fyti a worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, reproduce, display, and use it solely to provide and improve the Service.
The Service, including all software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Fyti or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or Fyti.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non‑infringement, accuracy, or availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fyti and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted in‑app and become effective 14 days after posting. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
